A popular variation of the classic Japanese rolls, which include slices of ripe avocado. The dish is very bright and colorful with an unforgettable fresh taste.
It should be:
1 ripe avocados;
1 cucumber medium size;
Japanese soy mayonnaise;
nori seaweed;
sushi rice;
flying fish roe, "Tobiko";
crab meat.

How to prepare:
